The Slim Elite pistol is the pinnacle of Israel Weapons Industries (IWI) development, based on continuous optimization by field users and customer feedback.

A compact, striker-fired, polymer-based pistol, the Slim Elite introduces a wide range of new features designed to improve upon the original model while maintaining compatibility with existing parts. All without compromising the slim profile and compact design of the original Slim pistol .

The improvements available on the Masada Slim Elite include an updated barrel with a longer feed ramp, maximizing feed reliability across a variety of ammunition types, as well as a new trigger safety tab, improving feel and disengagement for a wide range of hand sizes. Most notable of all is the new grip module, which features a more aggressive texture, interchangeable rear grips (in sizes small, medium and large), a Picatinny-style accessory rail, a raised trigger guard bottom line and an extended magazine well that allows for faster reloads without compromising the ability to extract a jammed round.

This pistol shares the same modular, numbered, high-quality steel trigger housing as the original  Masada Slim , which can be easily removed for cleaning and maintenance. Currently, the Masada Slim Elite is offered in 9mm and comes with one 13-round magazine and one 17-round magazine. It weighs approximately 575 grams without a magazine and approximately 652 grams with a 13-round magazine. The barrel length is 3.4 inches (about 8.6 cm).

Sights and optics

The Slim Elite NS comes with Maprolight tritium-based night sights. The sight cutouts are identical to the original  Slim and full-size Masadas. The divider is RMSc -compatible, allowing for direct mounting of optical sights. This cutout also allows for the use of sights such as the MPO series from Maprolight  and more. The Picatinny-style accessory rail is compatible with the Streamlight TLR-7/8 Sub (1913a) .

The Masada Slim Elite has a straight trigger with a built-in safety mechanism that prevents firing unless the trigger is pulled. It features a clean, crisp trigger pull and a positive reset (trigger release click), which increases control when firing.
